Our Founder

Parth Taneja has been in the real estate legal industry for nearly two decades. As a third-generation lawyer, he has seen the real estate industry transition from a primarily paper-based process to a digital re-paving of the old, established cow paths.  With Lumen Law, Parth wanted to build the next generation of the closing experience – one that would truly digitize and streamline the whole process for clients and his partners in the industry: realtors, mortgage agents, and their respective brokerages.

 
The intention with Lumen Law is to be singularly focused on two questions: How can the client experience be improved and how can we better support our industry partners? To do this, we challenge every preconceived notion of an archaic system to make the process proactive, predictable, communicative, and streamlined for our partners, all while ensuring a white-glove experience for our clients grounded in legal expertise. 


Parth graduated from the University of Toronto with a Hons. Bachelor of Arts and graduated from American University Washington College of Law, in Washington DC.
